چکیده

Zinc is considered to be a suitable element for the preparation of bioresorbable materials that can gradually degrade in human body without production toxic compounds and undesirable hydrogen gas. Zn characterized by much lower corrosion rate saline compared magnesium-zinc its alloys. Therefore, this work we investigate Zn-0.4Mg-0.4Ca-xMn alloys with 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6 0.8 1.1 wt. % Mn. The elements Mg, Ca Mn were selected improve mechanical properties biocompatibility pure Zn. microstructure was studied optical light microscope SEM equipped EDX analyzer. measuring microhardness using Vickers method. results experimental part show trend improvement increasing content. immersion tests carried out Hank's solution after 6 months material retained shape integrity.

exploring motivation and english test preparation strategies of iranian pre-university candidates during and at the end of test preparation period for konkur examination

the current study aimed at investigating the relationship between motivation and test preparation strategies (tpss) used by iranian pre-university students in their preparation period for the university entrance exam (uee). due to the importance of uee in iran, this study also attempted to show its impact on these two important variables. to this end, 100 pre-university students in an iranian p...

Preparation and Characterization of Novel Bionanocomposite Based on Tapioca Starch/Gelatin/Nanorod-rich ZnO: Towards Finding Antimicrobial Coating for Nuts

The effects of zinc oxide nanorod on the barrier, sorption isotherm and antibacterial properties of tapioca starch/bovine gelatin Bionanocomposite films were investigated. The nanorod-rich ZnO (ZnO-N) was homogenized by sonication and incorporated into tapioca starch/bovine gelatin solutions at different concentrations (e.g. 0.5, 2, and 3.5% w/w dried solid). Incorporation of 3.5% of nanopartic...
